According to TMZ Britney has reached a financial settlement with the paparazzo Rick Mendoza who incidentally worked for TMZ at the time the incident occurred.The terms of the settlement were not released — but Mendoza had originally demanded more than $200,000 in damages.
Mendoza accused the pop star of intentionally driving over his foot with her Mercedes back in 2007. Even though there was video footage on the incident that proved it was a clearly a accident.
