REJECTED CIRCUS TRACK "TELEPHONE" NOW BEING USED BY LADY GAGA FEAT. BEYONCE

Check out Telephone written by Lady Gaga and produced by Darkchild this track was supposed to be on Circus but was registered and rejected. Here is Lady Gaga’s version feat. Beyonce used as Lady Gags’a second single from The Fame Monster “Not feeling it glad it was rejected!” Suits Gaga better.

I noticed what the article on the main page said, but it’s not entirely factual.

First of all, the song was meant to be on The Singles Collection, not Circus (even though it was recorded for the Circus Era). And it was a GaGa track from the get-go, but Britney was supposed to be on it, not Beyonce. Britney’s camp wanted the song for the Singles Collection, but Lady GaGa wanted to keep the song for the Fame Monster, and took Britney off the song (she still had the rights to it obviously) and put Beyonce on instead.

Pop Justice Source:
“Bonus fact: The guest vocalist on this was going to be someone else, but then the guest vocalist wanted to put the song on her own greatest hits album, so Lady Gaga made alternative arrangements.”

EMINEM LOST BRITNEY NOTEBOOK?

EMINEM is still hoping his lost Britney Spears notebook containing a collection of lyrics and song ideas shows up - because it features some of his best rhymes. The rapper reveals he used the Spears fan journal to scribble down words for what was to become The Marshall Mathers Album - but lost it before he got the chance to hit the studio with it. He says, "It had five or six songs in it and I never got it back. (It had) all of my ideas. Some of them I remembered, but most of them were gone." Eminem admits fans and critics alike have been trying to dupe him into thinking they'd found the diary over the years. He adds, "People were putting Britney Spears notebooks, like, with fake lyrics in it, and stuff like that, on the Internet, and whatever, but I never found it."

BRITNEY SPEARS TO GIVE FIRST LIVE SHOW IN RUSSIA

Fans get ready! American pop star Britney Spears is coming to St.Petersburg for her first concert in Russia. PMI, the organizers of the concert, say the venue is still being discussed. However, according to the official booking operator, the concert will take place at the ice hockey arena.

The date is July 19, and tickets are already available for preliminary booking.
The performance in St.Petersburg will be part of Britney’s global tour “The Circus Starring: Britney Spears” launched in support of her latest sixth studio album, “Circus.” Britney Spears has decided to recreate the atmosphere of a circus at the concert: she plans to bring the action to the ring in the middle of the hall, and the audience’s places will surround it.

A special VIP zone will be constructed right next to the scene, offering a limited number of Love seats (sofas for two), the press-service of PMI reports. The show will be accompanied by a set of special effects, moving scenery, and screens. Circus actors will also be a part of the show. The tour was officially announced on December 2, 2008 to coincide with the release of Britney’s sixth studio album. Rehearsals for the tour began in January 2009, in preparation for a March kick off. “The Circus” has been named among the five best CDs in the charts of seven countries worldwide; 3,500,000 copies have already been sold.

Britney Spears – the American pop singer and actress, has established a number of records in the history of modern music: over 80,000,000 CDs were sold in less than 10 years; seven singles have become number one worldwide hits; four albums successively appeared in first place of the Billboard Top 200. Spears occupies eighth place among the USA’s performers for the most recordings sold in history, according to the Recording Industry Association of America.

BRITNEY SPEARS' TOUR TAKE: $24M IN 3 WEEKS

Britney Spears’ “Circus” tour made $24 million in its first three weeks on the road (from March 3 to March 24), according to concert grosses reported by Billboard.

By contrast, Britney’s Circus album, which has sold more than 1 million copies in the U.S., has generated roughly $19 million since it was released in early December, proving once again that high ticket prices continue to make touring a more lucrative revenue stream for musicians, even in a recession.

Also noteworthy: not a dime went to major concert promoter Live Nation, since rival AEG Live is putting on the tour.

FORMER BF ALLI SIMS IN LEGAL MESS

Remember Alli Sims? The girl that no one knows if she's actually related to Britney or not? Yeah, me neither! But have no fear; this new legal drama will refresh our memories. Alli apparently tried to claim that a business management team mishandled her ‘career prospects’ and she wanted ‘out’ of their deal. Representatives for the company said aw hell naw, and gave her quite a lashing in their responding legal doc. Here are the choicest bits:

1. You lied to us about money causing out-of–pocket expenses. We were unaward that you had made a deal with Claus Hjelmbak and Sam Lufti to pay your rent for the year of 2008. You should not have asked us to pay your rent and personal expenses since May 2008 for 6 months.

2. You lied to us about your relationship with Britney Spears. We were in the understanding that we would help you make a record album and music videos about your relationship with Britney Spears. You grossly misrepresented yourself as a singer and as a friend of Britney Spears.

3. You brought questionable friends to business trips and meetings designed to finance your album. It jeopardized our relationships with our investors and caused us loss of money.

4. After a business trip to St. Tropez fully paid for by our company and our investor you went behind our backs and started developing and filming a pilot for a reality show when you returned.

5. Slandering my company, myself and my associates. Lying about my business in France and damaging relationships I have with my business partners.

6. Lied to the media in “In Touch” Magazine about writing a song about Britney Spears. Continuing to lie about working on an album that has not even started. As well as many media reports of you writing and recording music behind our backs which we both know is a complete and utter lie.

7. You lied about your relationship with Sam Lufti and Claus Hjelmbak and the sneaky financial deals that collapsed your relationship with the entire Spears family.
We hope this is the last we’ll here about the conniving, lying Sims!

BRITNEY RUMOR CONTROL-ANDREW IS A 'HANDSOME MAN OF MISTERY'

We’re only two days in to 2009 and already the paps are making silly mistakes. Shouldn’t have expected anything more from them I suppose. This time those sneaky paps followed Britney to Kentwood, LA, and snapped her outside a local restaurant with a guy they labeled a “handsome man of mystery.” Sure, he may be handsome, but if you’re a fan of Britney and read BritneySpears.com on a regular basis you will know what the paps don’t…. that the mystery man is Andrew, Britney’s Director of Content, and fellow member of Team Brit. You can see him in Britney’s birthday photo album and backstage with Britney at GMA. Oh silly paps. One minute she’s dating random Indian guys and the next she’s seen with a mystery man. Do your research, fools.

Britney got more media attention than anyone else for 11 weeks this year, meaning she earned the top spot on the index for the second year in a row. That coverage included everything from her infamous breakdown last January to her best-selling album, just released on Dec. 2. It’s just another feather in Britney’s cap, following her selection by PEOPLE readers as having the “best comeback” of 2008 as well as being the “most talked about celebrity.” Nipping at Spears’s heels on the index were Angelina Jolie (No. 2), Jennifer Aniston (No. 3) and the man they have in common, Brad Pitt.
