Last week there were rumors that Britney would marry Jason Trawick in December 2009. The Spears team are denying the rumors. Guess will just have to wait and see what happens.

Britney was spotted yesterday shopping at a Mall with a bodyguard. June 21 2009. After several shows in England and Ireland, Brit returned to LA for a brief stay as she will be resuming her world tour in France. Her first show in France is on July 4th.

BRITNEY SPEARS IS DATING HER AGENT

After a tumultuous relationship with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib and a heartbreaking divorce from Kevin Federline, Britney Spears has found somebody new – and her family approves.

Confirming Internet rumors, a source tells PEOPLE that Spears, 27, is romantically involved with her agent, Jason Trawick. "They are totally and definitely dating," the source says. "Her dad loves him. He's the best thing that happened to her."

In recent months, Trawick has often been photographed with the pop star, including during her May trip to the Bahamas with her sons, Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2. "They're very sweet together," the source says, adding that Spears "always had a crush" on Trawick, who is also one of her brother Bryan's best friends. "He makes Britney really happy, and he's great with the boys."

Spears's rep had no comment.

BRITNEY SCORES MORE KIDDIE TIME THAN K-FED

We've learned Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody -- and now Brit has the kids more than 50% of the time -- at least during her concert tour. Lawyers for Brit and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement.

During June, July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50% of the time. The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining who gets the kids on which day. Contrary to some reports, we know that before the change Britney had the kids 50% of the time. The 50/50 split will go back into effect once Britney's tour is over.

BRITNEY FIRES BACK AT SAM LUFTI'S LAWSUIT

According to TMZ Britney Spears’ conservators have filed a response to Sam Lutfi’s lawsuit against her. In the four-page document was filed last week, Britney’s camp shot down Sam’s claims one by one. Lutfi’s claims he is owed some money for being Britney’s manager. But in the documents, Brit’s Legal Team claim the oral contract between them is void because Sam “made false promises” to Britney in order to get her to agree to a deal. Jamie Spears, Brit’s dad, has already filed a response to Sam’s claims of assault.
