REJECTED CIRCUS TRACK "TELEPHONE" NOW BEING USED BY LADY GAGA FEAT. BEYONCE

Check out Telephone written by Lady Gaga and produced by Darkchild this track was supposed to be on Circus but was registered and rejected. Here is Lady Gaga’s version feat. Beyonce used as Lady Gags’a second single from The Fame Monster “Not feeling it glad it was rejected!” Suits Gaga better.

I noticed what the article on the main page said, but it’s not entirely factual.

First of all, the song was meant to be on The Singles Collection, not Circus (even though it was recorded for the Circus Era). And it was a GaGa track from the get-go, but Britney was supposed to be on it, not Beyonce. Britney’s camp wanted the song for the Singles Collection, but Lady GaGa wanted to keep the song for the Fame Monster, and took Britney off the song (she still had the rights to it obviously) and put Beyonce on instead.

BRITNEY SPEARS BREAKS HER SILENCE

Britney Spears has hit back at critical media reports of her Circus tour, saying she came to Australia for her fans. The pop star arrived in the country last week amid controversy over her lip-synching stage performance, and soon faced reports that disappointed fans walked out of her opening show in Perth.

Spears has been keeping a low profile since arriving in Melbourne earlier this week, but she responded to the criticism.

“I hear there is a lot of controversy in the media about my show,” Spears said in a statement. “Some reporters have said they love it and some don’t. I came to Australia for my fans!”

Spears is due to play the first of three sold-out shows in Melbourne on Wednesday night, and has been indulging in some retail therapy.

“Went shopping on Collins Street yesterday and got a lot of my Christmas presents. Melbourne is beautiful. Can’t wait to see more. -Britney,” she wrote on Twitter.

Aussie DJ Havana Brown, who is touring with Spears, said she is surprised by the savaging the pop princess has received here.

Brown said there was no negative reaction from fans and the media about lip-synching and lack luster performances in Europe, where they toured before Australia.

“I think it’s quite well known that she has lip-synched in the past. I don’t think it’s any surprise to anybody,” Brown said.

“There was nothing like that in Europe. I think everyone knew what they were in for, and I think everyone should know here as well.

“I’m not quite sure what the fuss is about.”

Brown was personally chosen by Spears’ father and manager to open the Circus tour in Europe and Australia.

The Melbourne native gets the crowds warmed up for Spears each night and then sits back to enjoy the spectacle.

She said there was an “incredible response” at the first two shows in Perth, and she hoped Aussie fans would make up their own minds about the concert.

“It’s sad. I want people to be positive about her - she’s doing so well, and she’s looking so good, and the show is amazing,” she said.

“I want everyone to make their own opinion, rather than be persuaded by what’s been in the media.”

HOW BRITNEY GOT HER BEST BODY EVER!

Britney Spears’ Circus tour is on hiatus until November, but the pop star clearly hasn’t put her body-shaping regimen on hold. “She looked fabulous,” says an eyewitness who saw Britney with her boys, dad Jamie and her on-again beau, Jason Trawick, at the Tides Zihuatanejo hotel in Mexico on Oct. 18. “She looked very toned and very, very fit.”

But there’s more behind her body than a workout routine. Britney, 27, is also finally in a stress-free place in her life — and making time for herself. “Britney was sleeping only two to four hours a night for the longest time, but she’s gotten that under control,” says an insider. “Now she’s getting eight hours a night — and is drinking a ton of water and eating three normal meals a day.”

So normal that she doesn’t even have to deprive herself. “Britney still eats cheese grits for breakfast, but she does it in moderation,” says the insider, who adds that barbecue chicken, sweet potatoes and spinach salad are also part of the menu. “She drinks protein shakes and snacks on the dried fruit and nuts from Starbucks with her coffee.”

BRITNEY SPEARS DAD "WANTS TOUR EXTENSION"

Britney Spears is reportedly set to add a string of dates to the U.K. leg of her Circus tour - after her dad Jamie urged her to perform more concerts. The pop superstar is allegedly considering more gigs after Jamie pointed out her popularity is currently so high she should try to cash in. However, the Toxic hit-maker is said to be resisting the plan to increase her British road trip as she is struggling with the grueling schedule.

Spears' father was made conservator of her affairs after her 2008 meltdown which led to the singer being taken to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation. A family friend tells U.K. magazine Reveal, "Jamie can't physically force Britney to get on stage and do more concerts, but he does have nearly all the power. BRITNEY SPENDS €30K ON DUBLIN HOTELS

Pop princess Britney Spears has booked out two presidential suites in separate hotels for her visit to Dublin, running up a whopping bill of €29,600. The star has reserved the Four Seasons plush penthouse for eight nights and has also taken over the exclusive suite in the Morrison Hotel. It's believed that Britney (27) chooses to book out rooms for a few nights before she travels, so that her assistants can make sure that everything is perfect. The €2,500-a-night Four Seasons penthouse has three bedrooms, a living room, dining area and large bathroom.

Breakdown

The exclusive suite at the Morrison, which costs €1,200 a night, was designed by John Rocha and includes a dining area for eight guests. The mother of two is playing two shows at the O2 next month as part of her comeback Circus tour, following her well-publicized breakdown Tickets for the shows on June 19 and 20 were snapped up within hours of going on sale last month.

BRITNEY'S BABIES TRASHED HOTEL ROOM

Britney Spears’ toddler sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, are accused of causing all sorts of damage to a $2,000-a-night suite at the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino — where the family stayed during Brit’s Circus Tour stop in Ucansville, Connecticut earlier this month. “The boys pulled down the silk drapes and broke an expensive vase in the living room,” a hotel employee blabbed to celebrity gossip columnist Shelby Loosch this week. “They also left crayon marks all over the walls.” And it gets worse, as Loosch writes, “…One of the boys messed in his pants while in the pool — leaving other swimmers horrified.”

BRITNEY SPEARS COUSIN 'ORDERED TO STAY AWAY'

Britney Spears's cousin has claimed that she has been ordered to stay away from the pop star. Speaking to Heatworld, Alli Sims alleged that she would be threatened with lawyers if she attempted to contact the 'Womanizer' star, after Spears's father Jamie took control of her affairs. "I was told that if I picked up the phone when she called or if I called back, then I’d have to deal with the lawyers," she explained. "I decided to back away. I really didn’t have a choice, I don’t have the funds to fight it. I had to take myself out of the situation until she’s in control of her own life again. I feel bad for her because I’m sure she probably thinks that in a way I abandoned her." Sims, who once worked as Spears's assistant, added: "Everybody wants to get something from her. BRITNEY BILLS AS HEFTY AS EVER

Just in case you were worried that Britney Spears couldn't possibly afford to pay all those legal bills and lead her usual swanky lifestyle—fear not. Sure, Spears' estate shelled out more than $3 million in legal fees between Feb. 1, 2008, and Dec. 31, including the $625,000 she was ordered to hand over to Kevin Federline for his family court expenses. But she had plenty left over, considering she racked up bills of $447,634 for security, $49,387 for home repairs and maintenance, $105,000 to rent her Malibu digs and $178,818 for childcare.

Other expenses that qualify Spears' status as rich: $188,556 on assistants and other employees, $285,594 in mortgage payments, $5,998 for "decorations" and $1.06 million in "miscellaneous business expenses." All told, Spears spent upward of $10 million during those 11 months.

KEVIN FEDERLINE STRUGGLING ON $40K PER MONTH?

Britney Spears former husband Kevin Federline is having to move because he can’t afford to live on $40,000 a month, a new report claims. Britney Spears’ ex-husband is allegedly having a tough time making ends meet, according to a report in the National Enquirer. The magazine claims K-Fed blows the $40K he gets from the pop princess every month – and has gone through the $2 million he got when the former couple sold their Malibu home.

The Enquirer claims he spends $2000 a month on food, $1500 a month on utilities, $2800 a month on a nanny for the couple’s two sons and $3000 a month on bodyguards. The report claims he also has a fully stocked bar, allegedly spending up to $800 a month on top-shelf booze. His five-bedroom home in Tarzana, just north of Los Angeles, also costs a whopping $7500 a month to rent.

Even ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson takes a cut, according to the item, as K-Fed pays the household bills for her and his two children with her. He has also reportedly been pouring tens of thousands of dollars into making a second CD, even though his first one was a flop. Now he is set to move from Tarzana to the less expensive area of Chatsworth, the magazine says.

BRITNEY'S CONCERT IN POLAND TO BE HELD UNDER ACTUAL CIRCUS TENT!

Pop star and comeback queen Britney Spears will put on the largest show a Polish audience has ever seen on 24 July.

The tabloid favorite is touring Europe to promote her sixth and latest studio album Circus.

Spears’ show in Warsaw will be held under a giant circus tent that will be unpacked from 38 heavy goods vehicles by a team of 200 people.

Madonna’s fans will be green with envy as her 15 August concert tickets range between 22—1100 zloty. Britney, a down-to-earth Mississippi native, undercuts the Material Girl’s prices with tickets ranging between 120-400 zloty.

Tickets for Ms. Spears’ 24 July concert go on sale on 15 May. The concert will be held at the Horse Racetrack in Sluzew, a southern district of Warsaw.

BRITNEY'S BOYS TO JOIN HER IN EUROPE

Two months ago, when Britney Spears embarked on her first concert tour in almost five years, she was joined by two of her biggest — and littlest! — supporters: her young sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.

BRITNEY REQUESTS A STRIPPERS' POLE FOR HER LONDON HOTEL ROOM DURING UPCOMING TOUR

The Britney Spears circus is well and truly underway in London. The Dorchester Hotel is already making plans for her arrival at the start of June. The singer has asked for a stripper’s pole to be installed in her favorite suite in the top hotel so she can work out between shows during the appropriately named Circus tour. Hardly the most orthodox request they’re likely to have received at the five-star hotel.

A source said: 'Britney loves pole dancing, it is her new favorite work out. 'She gets the toning that she needs without having to hit the gym, and she wants to be able to do it in the privacy of her own hotel room. 'Keeping fit on the tour is very important as her show is full of rigorous dance routines, so Britney likes to do her pole dancing work out every morning when she gets up.' The 27-year-old star, who is known for her love of 'good old-fashioned cuisine' (or junk food), has also asked for a cook from the Nando’s restaurant chain to be on hand for the duration of her visit to whip her up some spicy chicken when she feels like it.

The last time Britney was in town she gorged on Domino’s pizza instead of eating in any of London’s fancy restaurants. Britney is also planning a huge private shopping spree in Topshop while she is in town. She is making arrangements for Sir Philip Green to open the store especially for her and her dancers so they can stock up on a new wardrobe with no other customer vying for the bargains. Britney is set to perform eight dates at London's O2 Arena from June 3, before moving on to Manchester and continuing in Europe. The singer announced this week she would be expanded her UK and North American tour to the rest of Europe and hoped to include dates across Asia and Australasia.

Her last tour in the UK, the Black Onyx Hotel tour, came to a premature end when Britney injured her knee on a video shoot. She had also just started dating her now ex-husband Kevin Federline and told friends she wanted to end the tour so they could spend more time together. Meanwhile, the pop star has recently denied reports she was pregnant with her third child. American Idol host Ryan Seacrest claimed 'reliable sources' told him Britney, who is mother to Sean Preston, three; and Jayden James, two, was expecting. However, her manager Adam Leber said: 'She's absolutely not pregnant. I have no idea where this ridiculous rumor came from.'
