KEVIN FEDERLINE SWAPS BACHELOR PAD FOR CHILD-FRIENDLY HOME

Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline is moving into a new child-friendly California home, so he can better care for the couple’s sons. The former dancer and wannabe rapper was handed full custody of three-year-old Sean Preston and two-year-old Jayden James after Spears suffered a breakdown in January last year. The singer is allowed access to the tots, but while they live with him, Federline wants them to have the best environment possible - so he’s selling up his $7,500-a-month rented pad in Tarzana, and replacing it with a more family-oriented home in nearby Chatsworth. A source tells OK! Magazine, “He can rent a very kid-friendly ranch house there for half of what he’s paying now.”

SAM LUFTI WON'T GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT

Just found out Sam Lufti has officially filed an appeal against the permanent restraining order that was RECENTLY GRANTED ordering him to stay clear of Britney Spears. His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said :" Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been granted as a result of someone answering someone else's cries for help." "The evidence showed, it was Britney Spears reaching out to Mr. Lufti and all he did was help her get a lawyer."

When will this ever end, I ask myself...

BRITNEY REQUESTS A STRIPPERS' POLE FOR HER LONDON HOTEL ROOM DURING UPCOMING TOUR

The Britney Spears circus is well and truly underway in London. The Dorchester Hotel is already making plans for her arrival at the start of June. The singer has asked for a stripper’s pole to be installed in her favorite suite in the top hotel so she can work out between shows during the appropriately named Circus tour. Hardly the most orthodox request they’re likely to have received at the five-star hotel.

A source said: 'Britney loves pole dancing, it is her new favorite work out. 'She gets the toning that she needs without having to hit the gym, and she wants to be able to do it in the privacy of her own hotel room. 'Keeping fit on the tour is very important as her show is full of rigorous dance routines, so Britney likes to do her pole dancing work out every morning when she gets up.' The 27-year-old star, who is known for her love of 'good old-fashioned cuisine' (or junk food), has also asked for a cook from the Nando’s restaurant chain to be on hand for the duration of her visit to whip her up some spicy chicken when she feels like it.

The last time Britney was in town she gorged on Domino’s pizza instead of eating in any of London’s fancy restaurants. Britney is also planning a huge private shopping spree in Topshop while she is in town. She is making arrangements for Sir Philip Green to open the store especially for her and her dancers so they can stock up on a new wardrobe with no other customer vying for the bargains. Britney is set to perform eight dates at London's O2 Arena from June 3, before moving on to Manchester and continuing in Europe. The singer announced this week she would be expanded her UK and North American tour to the rest of Europe and hoped to include dates across Asia and Australasia.

Her last tour in the UK, the Black Onyx Hotel tour, came to a premature end when Britney injured her knee on a video shoot. She had also just started dating her now ex-husband Kevin Federline and told friends she wanted to end the tour so they could spend more time together. Meanwhile, the pop star has recently denied reports she was pregnant with her third child. American Idol host Ryan Seacrest claimed 'reliable sources' told him Britney, who is mother to Sean Preston, three; and Jayden James, two, was expecting. However, her manager Adam Leber said: 'She's absolutely not pregnant. I have no idea where this ridiculous rumor came from.'

TIME MAGAZINES MOST INFLUENTIAL LIST WAS HACKED?

The Time Magazine’s Most influential Person poll left Britney Spears at # 30 on the list and Lil Wayne # 12 was strange enough but check out this even weirder conspiracy theory…..Looking at the first letters of each of the top 21 leading names in the poll we find the message “marblecake, also the game”. The poll announces (perhaps subtly) to the world, that the most influential are not the Obamas, Britneys or the Rick Warrens of the world, the most influential are an extremely advanced intelligence: the hackers. Check out this pic of Moot’s Celebration Marble Cake Hmm Conspiracy or coincidence?

Quote From MusicMachinery.com….
It is 12 hours after Time.com poll has been closed. The mood among Anonymous is high - the hack was completed, it is there for the world to see. Time.com behaved as expected - they refused to acknowledge the hack and the Message - but the word is out there. People are reading about the hack on 4chan, Reddit and Digg - people know that the poll was hacked and they know that Anonymous is responsible.

They started with a goal and despite some rather severe setbacks were able to meet that goal
From where I sit, I really have to wonder about Time.com. They spent their time promoting and running this poll that they know (or should know) is a total farce. They give a wink and nudge to the questionable results by saying.

JUDGE GRANTS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST SAM LUFTI, ATTORNEY JON EARDLEY

Los Angeles, Calif. –A judge has granted Britney Spears a three year restraining order against former manager Sam Lutfi and an attorney, Jon Eardley.
Judge Aviva Bobb granted the order on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles Superior Court after deliberating for most of the day on the issue.
CLICK HERE to view the court documents. Attorneys for Lutfi and Eardley had appeared in court on Wednesday morning to argue against the temporary restraining order against the men being made permanent for a three-year period. The move comes over a month after the court made permanent a three-year restraining order against Britney’s ex, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.
In court papers seen by Access, Britney — through her conservator, father Jamie Spears — previously asked for protection for herself and her family against Lutfi and Ghalib, two men who were associated with the star during her tumultuous breakdown over a year ago.
She also previously received a temporary restraining order against Eardley, an attorney who once claimed to be working on behalf of Britney and attempted to move her conservatorship case into federal court.

The papers also alleged that the three men were “working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears’ health and well being.”
Shortly after the verdict was handed down, Roger Diamond, an attorney for Jon Eardley released the following statement to Access about the permanent restraining order.
“It’s a misapplication of the law. We will appeal,” his statement read. “It’s a misuse of the statute, primarily because Britney Spears never testified she suffered substantial emotional distress, nor did she even file a declaration to that effect. It was never disputed that she authorized Mr. Eardley to take the action that he took on her behalf.” Bryan Freedman, an attorney for Lutfi, also said an appeal was planned. “We will absolutely, unequivocally, appeal the ruling,” Freedman said. “There was not a shred of evidence to substantiate emotional distress on the part of Britney Spears. It’s clear to me that an appellate court will overturn this ruling.” Britney remains under the Conversatorship of her father.

LUFTI'S LAWYER: BRITNEY SHOULD HAVE TESTIFIED

Judge Aviva Bobb heard closing arguments to decide if the temporary restraining order against Britney Spear's former BFF/svengali Sam Lutfi and her wannabe lawyer Jon Eardley should be made permanent. Bobb told the open court that she will render her verdict by the end of the day. The bottom line argument, according to Lutfi's lawyer Bryan Freedman is that Britney, herself "did not suffer substantial emotional damage" as a result of Lutfi's phone attempts to contact her. Freedman told OK! exclusively: "I will most definitely appeal any permanent order. Britney did not testify. No doctor or medical professional testified that she suffered enough to warrant a restraining order"

Britney's lawyer Joel Boxer countered: "There's much truth to the old adage that silence speaks volumes," meaning that neither Lutfi nor Eardley bothered to show up in court to testify in their defense.
Last week in court Boxer tried to cement the idea that Lutfi and Eardley are "predators who patently threatened and extorted her through emails."

Despite signing an agreement last July to stay away from the Britster, Lutfi testified that he slipped her a cell phone via his sister, and that she then texted Britney 45 times. Another court date in May is scheduled to decide who should pay whose lawyer fees for this whole thing. Stay tuned for judge Bob's final decision.

BRITNEY SPEARS CIRCUS TOUR "IT'S ONE OF THE BIGGETS AND BEST SELLING TOURS OF THE DECADE"

The following quote was found in a LasVegaSun.com article about Britney’s Vegas Concert…..

Britney’s tour is produced by AEG Live/Concerts West, the entertainment conglomerate responsible for Cher and Bette Midler at Caesars Palace and Carlos Santana’s new residency at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel.

Its president, John Meglen, told me: “It is one of the biggest and best-selling tours of the decade. Response and reaction has been phenomenal worldwide, and this weekend date at MGM is the highest ticket-selling gross so far. European fans cannot wait for her to get there, and in many, many venues, the tickets have been sold out instantly, and we’ve had to juggle dates to add more shows to meet the demand.”
