She’s kept diaries so there’s nothing she’ll leave out unless she wants to. “If the deal goes ahead she will write between three and five books throughout the next decade - it’s one of the most lucrative book deals in showbiz history.

After Britney's tour rehearsals yesterday evening, Britney and her mom were later spotted at the Montage Hotel. Earlier in the day, Britney, dressed in a cream-colored top, jeans and red lip stick, enjoyed her mom Lynne's company with a trip to the nail salon.

“If You Seek Amy” will be the third single from Britney Spears’ “Circus,” the pop princess announced on her Web site on Wednesday. In December, fans chose the controversial track as the song she should chose for her next single in a poll on the site, with “Amy” winning 26 percent of the vote. Many parents are up in arms over the song’s chorus, “All of the girls and all of the boys are looking to… If you seek Amy,” which could be heard as “F*** me.” “I was astonished and totally taken aback when I heard my 5 and 7-year-old kids walking around the house singing ‘F-U—K,” one parent has complained, according to Rolling Stone. “When I asked them what it was, they told me it was Britney Spears. I was horrified.”

Dressed in a trendy tan winter coat, knee-high boots and sunglasses, Britney made her way into the studio holding a can of Coca Cola as a crowd of paparazzi and fans looked on. Speaking of Coke, according to Star Magazine, Britney is "addicted" to the Cola, claiming "she was a Pepsi spokesperson for the money. But it's Coke that she’s addicted to. She store cans in her garage. If she runs out, she freaks."

Britney is currently in the midst of preparing for her big North American tour, in what her first arena tour in five years, Miss Spears will be traversing across a 27-city schedule as she belts out tunes from her new album “Circus.”Also to feature the Pussycat Dolls as the opening act!

ROBSON AND FUENTES QUIT DUE TO JAMIE'S CONTROLLING WAYS

More drama unfolds as Jamie Spears remains in total control.

Tour director Wade Robson and lead choreographer Andre Fuentes suddenly quit with no explanation, but according to new reports, we may now know why.

Robson and Fuentes reportedly quit due to Jamie's "micromanagement, rules, curfews, drug tests, and over controlling nature," insiders reveal in the latest edition of the National Enquirer. Hey, they've been pretty accurate lately! Besides the alien baby stories...

"Jamie Spears is getting a reputation as a stage dad," revealed a source. "It's embarrassing for Britney."

Jamie Spears was recently awarded an additional $6000 a month on top of the current $10,000 he previously received "to reflect all the additional work Jamie did -- which includes planning her tour for next year," as well as "for services he rendered prior to the time the conservatorship was established." Since when does Jamie Spears, whose restaurant went out of business several years back, know anything about tours and management?

Jamie is doing his best to hide his ways, saying: "Larry as well as Jamie are trying EVERYTHING in their power to cover up the truth about Britney's health and readiness."

FORMER BF ALLI SIMS IN LEGAL MESS

Remember Alli Sims? The girl that no one knows if she's actually related to Britney or not? Yeah, me neither! But have no fear; this new legal drama will refresh our memories. Alli apparently tried to claim that a business management team mishandled her ‘career prospects’ and she wanted ‘out’ of their deal. Representatives for the company said aw hell naw, and gave her quite a lashing in their responding legal doc. Here are the choicest bits:

1. You lied to us about money causing out-of–pocket expenses. We were unaward that you had made a deal with Claus Hjelmbak and Sam Lufti to pay your rent for the year of 2008. You should not have asked us to pay your rent and personal expenses since May 2008 for 6 months.

2. You lied to us about your relationship with Britney Spears. We were in the understanding that we would help you make a record album and music videos about your relationship with Britney Spears. You grossly misrepresented yourself as a singer and as a friend of Britney Spears.

3. You brought questionable friends to business trips and meetings designed to finance your album. It jeopardized our relationships with our investors and caused us loss of money.

4. After a business trip to St. Tropez fully paid for by our company and our investor you went behind our backs and started developing and filming a pilot for a reality show when you returned.

5. Slandering my company, myself and my associates. Lying about my business in France and damaging relationships I have with my business partners.

6. Lied to the media in “In Touch” Magazine about writing a song about Britney Spears. Continuing to lie about working on an album that has not even started. As well as many media reports of you writing and recording music behind our backs which we both know is a complete and utter lie.

7. You lied about your relationship with Sam Lufti and Claus Hjelmbak and the sneaky financial deals that collapsed your relationship with the entire Spears family. We hope this is the last we’ll here about the conniving, lying Sims!

BRITNEY RUMOR CONTROL-ANDREW IS A 'HANDSOME MAN OF MISTERY'

We’re only two days in to 2009 and already the paps are making silly mistakes. Shouldn’t have expected anything more from them I suppose. This time those sneaky paps followed Britney to Kentwood, LA, and snapped her outside a local restaurant with a guy they labeled a “handsome man of mystery.” Sure, he may be handsome, but if you’re a fan of Britney and read BritneySpears.com on a regular basis you will know what the paps don’t…. that the mystery man is Andrew, Britney’s Director of Content, and fellow member of Team Brit. Rumor has it Britney is headed back to Los Angeles today via her private jet after spending the last few days in Kentwood, Louisiana. Britney was down south for her brother Bryan's "small and intimate" wedding to Jamie Lynn's manager Graciella Sanchez, 36, in New Orleans. Britney was accompanied by her father Jamie, sons Sean Preston & Jayden James, and of course the hired entourage.

Doing her part to boost the economy in 2009, Britney Spears was spotted doing some shopping at Wal-Mart near her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana yesterday (January 1). The “Gimme More” songstress was accompanied by an unidentified man and her bodyguard as she made her way inside the massive superstore, looking dressy and carrying a beverage. The day before, Brit Brit was seen satisfying her appetite with a trip to a local Sonic fast food restaurant along with her super-attentive bodyguard. Miss Spears has been in town for her brother Bryan’s wedding- he married sister Jamie Lynn’s manager Graciella Sanchez on New Year’s Eve.
