Remember when Britney accidentally ran over Rick Mendoza's foot in 2007. Well now 2 years later he has filed a lawsuit. Check out the video above it was totally his fault as he was too close to the car as they all were swarming it. After the incident Britney was clearly upset and you can see the photographer clearly walking on the foot a the 1:21 mark.
