After Britney performed on the TV Show Hey! Hey! Hey!, she also performed her hit single Womanizer at NTV Best Artist 2008 in Japan. They used the same song remix of the last performances, but this time the stage decoration was different but cool and she used a very sexy white hat instead of the usual black one.
