The pop princess will appear on the cover of Glamour magazine's January 2009 issue. A January issue of a major women's magazine like Glamour makes perfect sense. It will hit newsstands just about the same time Britney Spears' new album, Circus, is released Dec. 2. Spears has also just signed a deal with live entertainment company AEG to produce her upcoming world tour. She has appeared once before on the cover of Glamour, back in 2003 for its annual Women of the Year issue. A music label rep for Spears did not comment. A rep for Glamour would not confirm or deny a Spears cover, because the magazine has a policy of not commenting on upcoming issues.
